1. Acceptance
By installing or using mOck, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
2. Purpose
mOck is a productivity tool currently designed to work with the Shutterstock Contributor page, making photo submission easier by helping users generate, organize and enter image metadata. Features such as batch processing, AI providers, Auto Save and local model support all serve this single purpose.
3. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing generated descriptions, keywords, categories and other metadata before submission. AI-generated output can contain mistakes, omissions or incorrect identifications.
4. Third-party services
mOck can connect to third-party or user-configured AI services, including remote and local endpoints. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, policies, availability and pricing. XLII Studio is not responsible for third-party service outages, rate limits, data practices or model output.
5. Credentials and costs
You are responsible for securing your own API credentials and for any charges resulting from use of the providers or endpoints you configure.
6. Supported websites and workflows
Contributor websites can change their interfaces without notice. mOck may require updates when a supported workflow changes. XLII Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party websites.
7. Acceptable use
You must use mOck lawfully and in accordance with the rules and terms of any website, AI provider or endpoint you use with it. You must not use the extension to circumvent access controls, impersonate others or submit content you are not permitted to use.
8. Intellectual property
mOck, its visual identity and related XLII Studio materials are owned by XLII Studio or its licensors. Third-party names, services and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer
mOck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, XLII Studio makes no warranties that generated metadata will be error-free, accepted by a third-party platform or suitable for every use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XLII Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of mOck, AI-generated output, third-party services or changes to supported websites.
11. Updates
mOck and these terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
